I have been in my SS127 for the past year and out of all of the kayaks that I've tried out, Bonafide won hands down. Hands down the best fishing kayak for me in the industry to date. I have been in this kayak for well over two years now, its amazing. Its a fishing kayak so the overall finish isn't that big of deal. I am too impatient to return the product and started some installs.so that option is out. So I cannot compare the finish to another Bonafide. I may change my rating since it has yet to hit water and this is the 1st time seeing and touching a Bonafide.
TBH the finish on the Ascend is much cleaner and 1/2 the price. 1st thing that jumped out to me is the finish all over the hull. Did tons of research before making this purchase and this seemed to fit my wants and needs the most. Kayak shipping & handling costs are calculated at checkout.
